A FAST-PACED SAMURAI DUEL

Kettou (which means duel in Japanese) is a Samurai Themed Reflex Tabletop Game inspired by the ancient Japanese game Karuta. Take on the role of a samurai warrior and go HEAD-TO-HEAD against other players in an epic tabletop samurai duel. Use your Quickness and Bushido to defeat all adversaries. Players call upon 7 Virtues of Bushido to aid them in combat. Bushido cards are rolled to activate any Combat bonus Cards placed on them. Defeat your opponents using quick reflexes and a sharp mind!

KETTOU USES REAL REFLEX MECHANICS to simulate the quickness and sharpness a samurai needs.

Hit location cards are placed between dueling players and randomly called out. Be the first to touch the correct card and deal damage to your opponent.

accuracy is also important not just speed.

If a player hits the incorrect hit location card, their opponent may move their Combat Cards to a different Bushido spot making it harder for them to activate. A Samurai must be accurate as well as quick.

TEAMplay 2V2, 3V3, 4V4

Face off with teams to battle your opponents. In team games players face off with only 2 hit locations between each set of 2 players. If a teammate dies the players must take over and carry their team facing off against multiple opponents at a time. It's an epic feeling to come back from such a challenging situation and winning for your team!
